Who we are
A wholesaler that thinks like an installer
Renewables Warehouse was started by Charlie Pocock, a qualified electrician and accredited solar installer with more than a decade on the tools, and Lucas Sena, a Canberra solar industry veteran with senior commercial experience since 2011. Together, they built the wholesaler they wished they’d had: local stock, real technical advice, and a team that picks up the phone.

How do I open a trade account?
Opening a trade account is straightforward. Get in touch with our team by phone or email and we'll walk you through the application. You'll need to provide your ABN and confirm your CEC accreditation. Once approved, you'll have access to wholesale pricing, credit terms and our full product range from day one.
What brands do you stock?
We carry a curated range of around 20 to 25 market-leading brands across solar panels, inverters, battery storage, mounting systems and balance of system components. Every brand on our shelves has been selected for product quality, warranty support and their commitment to the Australian market. Log in to the trade portal or contact your account manager to see the current catalogue and pricing.
Do you offer freight to regional areas?
Yes. We work with reliable freight partners to deliver across metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Whether you're running a residential job on the city fringe or a commercial project in a remote area, we can organise delivery to your site. Freight charges apply and vary by location and order size. Can I order online?
Trade account holders can browse our product catalogue and request quotes through the online trade portal at crm.renewableswarehouse.com.au
For most orders, our team is available by phone or email to confirm stock on hand and provide technical guidance before you buy. We recommend getting in touch for anything outside a standard off-the-shelf order.
Where are your warehouses?
We operate warehouses in Mitchell, Canberra (ACT) and Belmont, Perth (WA), with stock available for same-day pick-up at both locations. We also supply customers through our Sydney operation and have a presence in New Zealand and Fiji. Find addresses and trade counter hours on our locations page.
Is the Academy free for trade customers?
The Renewables Warehouse Academy runs CPD-accredited training sessions designed for working solar installers. Sessions are priced at $50 to $100 per person, covering practical topics including battery storage, commercial solar, lead conversion and business management. Discounts may be available for active trade account holders.
Do you handle warranty claims locally?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons our customers switch from national distributors. When you have a product issue, you deal with our team directly. We work with our suppliers to progress claims quickly, keeping your projects on schedule. No call centres, no chasing interstate contacts.
Can I get same-day pick-up?
Yes. Same-day pick-up is available at our Canberra and Perth warehouses for in-stock items. Call ahead to confirm availability and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.
