Wholesale pricing
Trade account holders access competitive wholesale rates across our full product range, from panels and inverters to battery storage, mounting systems and balance of system components. Pricing is applied to every order automatically once your account is approved.
Credit terms
Approved accounts can access flexible payment terms to help you manage the gap between purchasing stock and getting paid by your clients.
Same-day pickup
Pick up in-stock items from our Canberra or Perth trade counters the same day you order, subject to the daily cut-off time.
Dedicated support
You'll deal with people who know the product. Our team is available by phone during business hours to help with stock availability, order queries and technical questions.
Opening a trade account
Trade accounts are available to:
- CEC-accredited solar installers
- Electrical contractors expanding into solar
- Solar retailers and resellers
- Commercial and industrial project contractor
You'll need an active ABN and proof of CEC accreditation or a relevant electrical licence to apply.

Trade pricing
Trade account holders get access to wholesale pricing across our full product range. Once your account is approved, trade rates are applied automatically to every order.
We stock around 20 to 25 market-leading brands across solar panels, inverters, battery storage, mounting systems and balance of system components. Our pricing reflects direct supplier relationships, not a broad catalogue with inflated margins.
Volume orders
Volume orders and project-specific pricing are available. Contact your account manager or our team directly with your bill of materials and we'll get back to you promptly.
Payment terms
Flexible payment terms are available for approved trade accounts. Speak to our team about credit arrangements that suit your business.
Returns
If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Our returns process is straightforward for trade account holders.

What we accept
Returns are accepted on items in original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Claims must be lodged within the specified number of days from delivery. Products showing signs of installation or use are generally not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within the specified timeframe from delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or credit as quickly as possible. Photos of damaged goods may be requested.
Warranty claims
Warranty claims are managed through our team. We work directly with supplier warranty processes on your behalf, including local warranty support where brands offer it. Turnaround times vary by brand and product type.
How to lodge a return
Contact us by phone or email to start a return. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a return authorisation before goods are sent back. Goods returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
Freight and delivery
We deliver across Australia, including metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Getting stock to the job site on time matters, so we've structured our logistics to be as reliable as possible.
Delivery to your site
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Canberra (ACT), Perth (WA) and Sydney (NSW). Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the size of the order. Our team will confirm estimated delivery windows when your order is confirmed.
Trade counter pickup
Trade account holders can collect orders directly from our trade counters. Same-day pickup is available for in-stock items ordered before the cut-off time at each location.

Regional and remote delivery
We service remote locations including off-grid project sites. Freight costs and lead times for remote delivery are quoted individually. Get in touch with your project details and we'll arrange the logistics.
